Cancellation Policy

【Booking & Confirmation】 ・Standard Booking (More than 48 hours in advance): Reservations can be made via our online booking calendar. Your booking is instantly confirmed upon completion of the 10% deposit payment. ・Urgent Booking (Within 48 hours): For reservations within 48 hours of your scheduled pickup, please contact us via the Inquiry Form. These bookings require 100% full payment upfront for confirmation. 【Payment & Pricing】 ・Balance Payment: For standard bookings, the remaining balance (90%) will be automatically charged to your card on file after the service is completed. ・Surcharges & Adjustments: * A 20% surcharge applies to flight arrivals before 8:00 AM or after 8:00 PM. ・Additional fees may apply for route changes. ・You will be notified by email prior to any adjusted charges being applied to your card. ・Card on File: All customers are required to register a valid credit card during the booking process for secure payment processing. 【Refund & Cancellation】 ・Deposit Refund: Please note that the 10% deposit is non-refundable for any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service. ・Same-Day Cancellation: A 100% cancellation fee (the full amount) applies to same-day cancellations and will be automatically charged to your card on file.
