【Booking & Confirmation】 ・Booking: Reservations can be made via our online booking calendar or the Inquiry Form. Your booking is confirmed once we have received full payment (100%) in advance. ・For bookings close to the service date, please contact us as early as possible, as we may be unable to accept reservations with little time remaining. 【Payment & Pricing】 ・Full Advance Payment: The full Service fee (100%) is charged at the time of booking by credit card. ・Surcharges & Adjustments: A 20% surcharge applies to flight arrivals before 8:00 AM or after 8:00 PM. ・Additional fees may apply for route changes. ・You will be notified by email prior to any adjusted charges being applied to your card. ・Card on File: All customers are required to register a valid credit card during the booking process for secure payment processing. 【Refund & Cancellation】 ・More than 48 hours before the scheduled service: A refund will be made, less payment processing fees and other actual costs required for the refund. ・Within 48 hours of the scheduled service, and same-day cancellations: No refund will be made (100% of the fee applies). ・No-show: No refund will be made (100% of the fee applies).
