Meeting Your Driver at Narita Airport (NRT)
When you arrive at Narita Airport, meeting your driver is simple.
A few days before your travel date, we will share your driver's WhatsApp contact. On the day of your arrival:

After you land and collect your baggage, proceed to the arrival lobby.

Message your driver on WhatsApp to let them know you have arrived.

Make your way to the Accessible Drop-off and Pick-up Zone (障害者等乗降場) at your terminal, using the guide below.

Your driver will be waiting there with a vehicle to welcome and assist you.
Please find your terminal below for the exact meeting point, with photos and a map.
Terminal 1 — North Wing (Exit N2)

If you arrive at Terminal 1 North Wing, exit through Exit N2 on the 1st floor.

Just outside, you will find the Accessible Drop-off and Pick-up Zone (障害者等乗降場), where your driver will be waiting.
Terminal 1 — South Wing (Exit S3)

If you arrive at Terminal 1 South Wing, exit through Exit S3 on the 1st floor.

Terminal 2 — Arrival Floor (1F)

If you arrive at Terminal 2, head from the International Arrivals Lobby (A or B) toward the center of the hall and take the middle exit.

Just outside, you will find the Accessible Drop-off and Pick-up Zone (障害者等乗降場), where your driver will be waiting.
Terminal 3
Arriving at Terminal 3?
Terminal 3 is a short walk or free shuttle ride from Terminal 2.
Simply message your driver on WhatsApp when you land, and they will guide you to the meeting point.
